Urology Consultation

We offer Urological evaluation for both children and adults. Some of the most common conditions we treat include:

Adults:

  • Urological Cancers (Prostate, Bladder, Kidney, Testicular, Penile)

  • Elevated PSA

  • Benign Prostate Enlargement

  • Urinary Incontinence and bothersome symptoms

  • Family planning (Single incision scalpeless vasectomy)

  • Scrotal and Penile issues

  • Erectile Dysfunction

  • Kidney Stones

  • Recurrent Urinary Infections

 

Children:

  • Undescended testicles

  • Dysfunctional Voiding

  • Antenatal Hydronephrosis

  • Recurrent Urinary Infections

  • Hydrocele

  • Foreskin issues

  • Vesicoureteric reflux

  • Hypospadias

TRUS Prostate Biopsy

TRUS Biopsy is a procedure to take samples of the prostate to evaluate for prostate cancer. This 15 minute procedure is done in-office with local anesthetic.  It is an essential part of the management of prostate cancer and elevated PSA.

Ultrasound Imaging

Our ultrasound imaging is accredited, and like the hospital, there is no co-pay. We offer the following for both adults and children:

Abdominal:

  • IVC, Aorta, Pancreas, Liver, Gallbladder, Bile ducts, Kidneys, Spleen

Bladder:

  • pre and post void assessments 

Renal:

  • Kidneys and ureters

Prostate:

  • Transabdominal or Transrectal (TRUS); Prostate and seminal vesicles

Scrotal:

  • Testes, Epididymides and Inguinal area

Pelvic (female):

  • Transabdominal or transvaginal; Uterus Endometrium, Ovaries, Cervix

Breast: 

  • Breast and axilla at specified area of concern

Thyroid:

  • Head and Neck soft tissues, Thyroid, Parathyroid, Parotid gland

Doppler Studies:

  • Aorta, Renal artery, Carotid, Venous Extremity, Scrotal
